ORIGIN
In 2013 our founder, Keith Johnston, discovered that single family offices were looking for better ways to network, and to
pool their experiences and data. Their main frustrations:
Providers did not cater to them: few products were designed solely for family offices
Conferences were broken: lax controls on attendees meant they were swamped with salespeople and charlatans
Research was unreliable: they didn’t trust providers with their real numbers and assumed others acted similarly
The Family Office Council, is our response to these needs.
Individually, and as a group, we have built an enviable reputation as trusted intermediaries between individual family
offices themselves, and between them and their partners.
